### Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship - BA (Hons) Business Management (CMI)

Aimed at those already in management positions, this Apprenticeship has been developed to give managers the tools needed to add value within their organisation. Covering key aspects such as strategic decision making, building and leading teams, motivating others, and much more, this Apprenticeship through Arden University will help open new ways of working and progress personal development.

You may be working in any of the following roles to consider this Apprenticeship programme: Manager, Senior Manager, Head of Department, Operations Manager, or any other role with significant management experience.

### Senior Leader Master's Degree Apprenticeship - MBA (CMI)

This Apprenticeship is designed for those in Senior Management roles, responsible for setting strategy and delivering long-term purpose. This Apprenticeship develops managers to become drivers of change who focus on growth and sustainable outcomes.

Aimed at those in the following roles: Senior Leader, Executive, Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, or those with at least 5 years management experience.
