## Course details and modules

Our MSc Project Management course will provide you with the knowledge and confidence required to execute large scale, global projects.
Accredited by the Association for Project Management and by Chartered Management Institute, this degree gives you the opportunity to become a forward-thinking project manager who understands the importance of data metrics in project analysis and future planning. Each module of the course is informed by our lecturers’ professional expertise, helping you to become better equipped to lead and manage high-level projects.

### Full-time study in Berlin

**How does it work?**

Full-time study in Berlin is ideal for students who want to benefit from regular face-to-face teaching and learning alongside their tutors and classmates.

You’ll study at our Berlin campus, where teaching takes place in person and attendance in Berlin is required throughout your studies. Alongside your scheduled classes, you’ll also use our online learning platform, iLearn, to access study materials and support your independent learning.

Studying in Berlin also gives you the opportunity to experience life as an international student in one of Europe’s most dynamic and historic cities.

## Entry requirements

At Arden University we consider applications on a case by case basis. If you have significant work experience, have qualifications you have gained elsewhere, or a degree or qualification that isn't a clear pathway to this degree - we are more than happy to discuss your application.

### Eligibility

To be eligible to study this degree, we need to see that you have:

- A UK Honours Degree at a minimum of second class (2.2) or equivalent

### English Proficiency

- IELTS 6.0 (no less than 5.5 in any element); or TOEFL iBT 60-78; or equivalent
- Alternatively, evidence you have previously studied in English; a letter to show that the Medium of Instruction was in English can be accepted.

### If you don’t have academic qualifications

At Arden University we are more than happy to consider, and positively encourage, an application from you if you have substantial management experience (typically 5 years) and can show us that you have the motivation to study the programme.

We’ll ask you for a personal statement that demonstrates your ability to study your master's course. We may also want references and evidence of relevant work experience.

### Don’t have any of the above?

If you have other postgraduate-level business awards you may be eligible for entry and/or exemptions. This will be assessed on an individual basis.

If you don’t already have a degree, and you’re not quite there with the required amount of work experience, we may be able to offer you a place on our PM-accredited [BSc (Hons) Project Management course](https://arden.ac.uk/berlin/our-courses/undergraduate/degrees/bsc-project-management), where you’ll learn these tools and techniques directly from our team of experienced project management professionals.

### Chartered Management Institute (CMI)

Upon completion of this course, students will attain dual accreditation, receiving both a master's degree and a [Chartered Management Institute (CMI)](https://www.managers.org.uk) Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. Completing this level 7 diploma independently can cost upwards of £2,000. Students will also have the opportunity to fast-track to Chartered Manager status through the CMI at an additional cost of only £150 inclusive of VAT (instead of a standard assessment fee of £612 inclusive of VAT).

The CMI badge is a mark of quality to show that you have both exceptional experience in your area of study as well as all the relevant skills and experience in leadership and management to progress your career to a senior level role.
