All Arden University graduating students must wear full academic dress for their ceremony, which will include a gown, hat and hood. You can arrange your gown hire online with Ede and Ravenscroft from Monday 11th March 2019.
By ordering your gown you are confirming your place at the ceremony.
Your Arden graduation is a special day that you will look back on in years to come. It is recommended that guests and students dress smartly for the day with suits, dresses or national costume. Smart, sensible shoes should also be worn. We advise using safety pins to secure your hood if you aren’t wearing a dress or top with buttons, as well as hair pins to secure your mortar board.
Ordering Your Tickets
You can order up to 10 guest tickets, which are available to buy through Ede and Ravenscroft. These are charged at £20 each. The deadline to order guest tickets is Monday 10th June 2019. If you require more tickets, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your needs – contact us at email@example.com
Please note: Graduating students do not need to buy a ticket for themselves.
Children can attend graduation; however, due to the length of the ceremony, we recommend that it may be unsuitable for children under 10 years of age. All children who are 2 years old or younger can attend free of charge, but must sit on the knee of an accompanying guest. For children older than 2, normal ticket pricing rules apply. All children must sit with guests, not the graduating student.
All students will have allocated seating on the day. Guest seating is on a first come, first served basis. Please note that both students and guests will have to present their tickets for inspection in order to gain access to Coventry Cathedral.
You can pre-order your official Arden graduation day photography when completing your gown hire with Ede and Ravenscroft. Pre-ordering will save you time and money, but don’t worry if you’re not ready to order yet - you can also purchase your official photographs on the day.
