# Send us your photo

## Send us your photo

By sending us a photo you are agreeing for it to be included within our virtual graduation celebration. Before emailing your photo please read the following guidance.

Your photo must be:

- Head and Shoulders only
- It should be a recent photo
- clear and in focus
- in colour
- contain no other objects or people
- be taken against a plain light-coloured background
- be in clear contrast to the background
- not have ‘red eye’
- be facing forwards and looking straight at the camera
- not have any shadows on your face or behind you
- Smile 😊
- Pictures taken using mobile phone original camera software will be fine. Please do not use third party software’s like Instagram/Snapchat.
- The resolution of the picture needs to be around 2000 pixel x 2000 pixel. The file size in MB doesn’t matter if the resolution of the picture is correct.

Please do not edit or crop the picture send on the original format.

### Sending your photo

Please send your photo to the following email address: **<celebrate@arden.ac.uk>**

Within the email please include your full name and STU number.
