Arden Graduation Ticketing
As an Arden graduate, you’ll be provided with a complimentary ticket to attend your graduation ceremony. You’ll also get the chance to purchase up to two additional guest tickets.
Guest tickets will cost £20 each and can be purchased via the Ede and Ravenscroft website while hiring your gown.
Where can I register for the ceremony and what is the deadline?
You can register to attend your graduation by clicking on the 'click to register' button on the Arden graduation home page.
There may be an opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets nearer to the ceremony date, depending on whether there are tickets remaining. If you’d like more than two guest tickets, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Please email us on email@example.com
All graduates will have allocated seating on the day. Guest seating is on a first come, first served basis.
Children can attend graduation; however, due to the length of the ceremony, we recommend that it may be unsuitable for children under 10 years of age. Children aged 2 and above will be required to have their own ticket. Any children must be seated with an appropriate adult, not the graduating student. There are no concessions for child tickets.
When will I receive my tickets
You will be sent your e-ticket and any guest tickets purchased via email approximately two weeks before the graduation ceremony. The tickets will be sent to the email address we have on record for you.
Graduates and guests will not be permitted to enter Middle Temple Hall without showing e-tickets.
We ask that at the time of booking, any requirements for you or your guests with additional needs, e.g. wheelchair access, sight or sound facilities, are requested on the online booking system.
We will make every effort to meet your requirements, however, it may not always be possible for us to accommodate particular needs, especially without advanced notice.
We will seat your guests based on the requirements specified - this does not necessarily mean they will be seated on the front row.
By making an online booking, you and your guests consent to the University passing relevant details of an individual’s special requirements to the venue to enable any appropriate adjustments to be made.
Cancelling your attendance/guest tickets
Some of our ceremonies may be oversubscribed, so if you change your mind or are unable to attend, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. Please include your Arden University student number.
Please note, guest tickets are non-transferable between students.
Requests for refunds received after the deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis. For students who do not achieve their award in time for the ceremony, refunds for guest tickets will be granted. Requests for refund should be sent to email@example.com
Any refunds granted will be made to the person who purchased the tickets and not to any third party.
Professional photographers from Ede & Ravenscroft will be available to capture your official graduation shots.
You can have your official graduation portraits captured in the photography studio, open approximately two hours before your ceremony starts, until gowns are returned at the end of the day.
You can pre-order your official Arden graduation day photography when completing your gown hire with Ede & Ravenscroft.
Pre-ordering will save you time and money, but don’t worry if you’re not ready to order yet - you can also purchase your official photographs on the day if necessary.
If you have any questions about photography, check out the Ede and Ravenscroft FAQs page.
Ede & Ravenscroft will also be sitting in on your graduation ceremony to capture the moment you cross the stage and shake the Vice-Chancellor's hand.
These photographs can be purchased along with your official portraits.
You will receive an email from Ede and Ravenscroft approximately three weeks after the ceremony with details on how to purchase your photo.
Can I take my own photos or video?
Photography and recording is permitted in the venue; however, we ask guests to be considerate of others and not block aisles or exits.
