Human Resource Management and Psychology work collaboratively together, like two sides of the same coin. One looks at the behaviour of people at an individual level, while the other focuses on an organisational level.

With a HRM and Psychology course from Arden University, you will be able to explore fascinating topics such as how HR can contribute to an organisation’s success, how to understand patterns of behaviour in people, and how to navigate English employment and contract law.

During the course, we'll help to ensure that you get the chance to apply what you learn to a variety of real-life situations that can add real value to your career.

You have 3-9 years to complete your Human Resource Management and Psychology Degree, meaning that you can take up to three years to complete each level; however, many of our students complete the course in 3-6 years.

Our Human Resource Management and Psychology Degree has standard entry requirements. To be eligible to study this course with Arden University you must have either:

  • Two subjects at GCE A-Level or equivalent, plus passes at grade C or above in three subjects at GCSE level or equivalent; OR
  • Completed a recognised Access Programme or equivalent

For students whose prior learning was not taught in English

  • IELTS 6.0 (no less than 5.5 in any element); or TOEFL iBT 80; or equivalent
  • Alternatively, a letter to show that the Medium of Instruction was in English is accepted
  • We also offer an internal English test for applicants who are unable to provide an English Proficiency letter. More information on this can be found here

Undergraduate courses

You can support your study in a variety of ways.

If you are a UK student, the most common funding of undergraduate degrees is a Tuition Fee Loan from the UK Government. The key information about these loans is:

  • You must be a UK resident
  • You can get a loan to cover the full cost of your tuition fees
  • You only start to pay it back when you are earning over £25,725 a year.
  • Your tuition fees are paid directly to the University by the loan company.
