# Wellbeing Services

#### Our team of expert disability and mental health staff provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to discuss any issues that may be affecting your ability to study. All of our support services are free of charge and open to Arden students of all levels.

If you need support due to a crisis or need urgent help, support is available 24/7.
