Arden University ranks top 20 for student satisfaction

Arden University is the 16th best university in the UK for student satisfaction, according to an analysis of the latest NSS results carried out by industry publication Times Higher Education.

The analysis looked at the results of the 2024 National Student Survey, and examined the results according to the 26 questions covering themes related to student experience.

It found Arden placed in the top 20, above universities such as Manchester Metropolitan University, the University of Warwick, and Liverpool University.

It marks a positive year for Arden in the National Student Survey. Looking across the board the university exceeded the sector average in five of the seven core question themes, including teaching and learning.

Year on year our positivity measures are up across all question themes, with a particular highlight being students’ confidence that feedback on the course is acted on. This was 12 per cent higher than the average across other UK universities.

Carl Lygo, CEO and Vice Chancellor at Arden University, said: “Everything we do here at Arden University is about providing an outstanding experience for our students, and we are therefore proud to see such positive results emerging from this year’s National Student Survey.

“Our teams put an incredible amount of hard work and effort into improving the student experience each and every year and this is an incredible endorsement of this work. We are committed to continuing these improvements and making further enhancements in the coming years so we continue to provide the best environment in which our students can thrive.”
