As an employer, if your pay bill is over £3m you must pay the Apprenticeship Levy. This is 0.5% of your annual pay bill, and the contributions you make to it are redeemable if you use it towards funding approved apprenticeship programmes like Arden’s.
If you’re not a levy-paying organisation, you will also receive government funding for apprenticeships, covering at least 95% of the costs of training.
