With Arden's Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, you'll study your degree alongside developing your skills and behaviours through continuous application of your learning into the workplace.
The degree apprenticeship is designed to equip you with the knowledge and understanding of key cross-functional business and management disciplines while you continue to work in your current role. Whether it's developing personal and management skills or the ability to understand data analytics and insights for business performance, this Level 6 Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship will support you to graduate with an accredited degree, extensive management experience and the opportunity to gain Chartered Manager status.
This degree apprenticeship is delivered primarily online with a quarterly face-to-face full day masterclass to attend. Throughout your apprenticeship you'll work with an Arden University coach who will guide you every step of the way with regular virtual meetings. They'll also meet regularly with your line manager to ensure that your learning is being applied on a daily and weekly basis.
What’s more, your employers can fund this course by applying for the apprenticeship levy, meaning no cost for you, and minimal (sometimes zero) costs for your employer.
Arden’s Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship offers the opportunity to develop a wider understanding and knowledge of business management in areas such as finance, marketing, business analysis, management accounting, strategic management, and entrepreneurship.
You’ll also complete a work-based project directly related to the organisation you work for – whether that’s a micro business or a multinational one. This is the chance for you to deliver valuable solutions through your critical and evaluative judgement, while showing your ability to take responsibility for people, projects, operations, and services that deliver long-term organisational success.
