As an Arden graduate, you’ll be provided with a complimentary ticket to attend your graduation ceremony. You’ll also get the chance to purchase up to two guest tickets.
Guest tickets are £20 per person which you need to purchase upon registration.
You will receive your e-ticket for yourself and your guests via e-mail at least one week before the ceremony, if you have not received these by then, please contact us at graduation@arden.ac.uk.
Please ensure each guest has a copy of their own e-ticket on the day and any children attending will also require their own e-ticket. You will not be able to purchase extra guest tickets on the day.
There may be an opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets after registration closes. If you require more than two guest tickets, you can request these during registration and you will be notified shortly after the close of registration to see if your request has been approved.
Your guest tickets entitles your guests to attend your graduation ceremony and a complimentary drink at the ‘Alumni Reception’ which will follow the ceremony.
All graduates and guests will have allocated seating on the day.
Children can attend graduation; however, due to the length of the ceremony, we recommend that it may be unsuitable for children under 12 years of age. All children must have their own ticket. Children under 12 years are free of charge, however they will be included in your ticket allocation.
You do not have to specify who will be your guests and the tickets are non-refundable.
Students and guests will need to keep hold of their tickets, as you will not gain access without them.
Additional requirements
We ask that at the time of registration, any requirements for you or your guests with additional needs, e.g. wheelchair access, sight or sound facilities, are requested on the registration form. We will make every effort to meet your requirements, however, it may not always be possible for us to accommodate particular needs, especially without advanced notice.
We will seat your guests based on the requirements specified - this does not necessarily mean they will be seated on the front row. By completing registration, you and your guests are giving consent to the University passing relevant details of an individual’s special requirements to the venue to enable any appropriate adjustments to be made.
