Here’s everything you need to know about our Fast Track Your Career with a Fully Funded Master’s degree offer.
Our new Fast-Track Your Career offer is proving really popular with our students.
This incredible opportunity has been developed to allow you to pursue your Master’s degree with Arden University completely free of charge once you have successfully completed your undergraduate degree course with us.
We’re so proud of this unique offer and we know you might have questions, so we’ve done our best to answer them below.
Why are you giving students a fully funded Master’s degree?
At Arden University, we’re dedicated to preparing students for the future workplace and are committed to helping you gain the skills and qualifications you’ll need as you progress in your professional life.
The economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic means students are now entering a very different job market from the one anticipated when you first started your undergraduate studies with us. A master’s degree will help distinguish students and help you stand out in an increasingly competitive jobs market.
We understand this is an uncertain time, and this is our way of helping our students with their ongoing career development while supporting our vision to be a responsible educator that supports life-long learning.
Who can apply for the Fast Track Your Career fully funded Master’s offer?
This offer is open to all Arden University undergraduate students who have enrolled with us, whether you’re studying with us via online distance or blended learning at our study centres in the UK and Berlin.
The only requirements are that you must have completed your eligible undergraduate programme with us, meet the entry standards for your chosen Master’s course, and enrol within five years of completing your bachelor’s degree at Arden University.
Does this offer apply to international students too?
Yes. The Fast-Track Your Career Fully Funded Master’s offer is available to all Arden undergraduate students who have enrolled with us, and is available to our undergraduate students from all countries and regions.
How long after I graduate can I apply for my Fully Funded Master’s?
You can apply up to five years after completing your bachelor’s degree with us.
Can I study any of Arden’s postgraduate Master’s or MBA programmes?
Yes - as long as you meet the entry criteria for the Master’s degree you’re applying for.
Does my postgraduate course need to be directly linked to the undergraduate course that I studied – ie. do I need to have graduated in Psychology in order to study the Psychology MSc?
It depends on the entry criteria for each postgraduate course. Not all of our courses specify a particular undergraduate entry route, but some do. You would need to look at the specific entry criteria for the particular postgraduate course that you want to study.
Can I take a break between my degree and Master’s or do I have to continue straight on?
Yes. As a valued Arden graduate you can take up to 5 years to begin your postgraduate studies after graduating.
Can I get a fully funded Master’s if I studied part of my degree programme with another university but graduated from Arden University?
Students are eligible for this offer if you’ve studied 240 or more credits with Arden University and graduated with us in the time frames above.
If you have completed your eligible undergraduate programme with us but entered with exemptions and therefore studied less than 240 credits with us – you will be eligible for 50% off your postgraduate tuition fees.
Am I eligible for another fully funded Master’s if I have already completed a Master’s with Arden rather than an undergraduate degree?
We’re delighted you’ve chosen Arden University for your Master’s programme but this particular offer is only available to our undergraduate students as it will help them to access and obtain a qualification in postgraduate study.
I’ve already started my Master’s, can I have it fully funded now?
If you have already started your Master’s with us and you obtained your undergraduate degree with us then yes, you will not pay tuition fees.
This offer is not available to you if you only started studying with Arden University at a postgraduate level.
Are there any other costs or fees I will need to pay?
The tuition fees for your Master’s programme are covered but additional fees like registration, possible exam location charges and any graduation ceremony charges will be charged at our standard rates.
How long does studying for a Master’s take?
It depends on the course you choose. There are full-time and part-time study options available.
It can take from 1-5 years. We’ve recently introduced a full-time study option for seven of our postgraduate courses so please check our website for more information.
How much time will I need to study each week to complete my Master’s?
Full-time study mode – In order to complete your Master’s in one year you’ll study 180 credits in one year, with a minimum of 28 study hours a week including a 2 hour teaching lesson with classmates and lecturers each week and a 30 minute, in-person tutorial every fortnight.
Part Time study mode – you can take up to five years to complete your Master’s, 80 credits in the first year, normally followed by 40 credits per academic year thereafter.
The courses offer the ability to study at your own pace with all materials available on our digital learning platform iLearn.

Can I apply for a Postgraduate student loan?
Yes, you will be entitled to apply for a Postgraduate student loan – despite there being no tuition fees to pay – however this will only be for two years as you will still need to meet the study intensity requirements of the loan.
Am I eligible if I studied an Arden University Undergraduate apprenticeship?
If you have studied 240 or more credits with us as part of your undergraduate apprenticeship with Arden then you will be eligible for the Fully Funded Master's offer.
Am I eligible because I have exemptions?

If you have completed your eligible undergraduate programme with us but entered with exemptions and therefore studied less than 240 credits with us – you will be eligible for 50% off your postgraduate tuition fees.
Am I eligible if I did the top-up?
Regrettably you need to have successfully completed your Eligible Undergraduate Programme with Arden University to qualify.
However we are offering our top-up students a 10% discount on our postgraduate programmes.
Am I eligible if I studied an Anglia Ruskin University ARU course through Arden University?
Again, regrettably, the Fast Track Your Career offer only applies to eligible Arden University undergraduate programmes.
