Careers Advice: Drop-in Session

This drop-in session is our final session with the Careers team for 2024. It will be a fantastic opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about your career journey, about applying for jobs and about how studying a degree can further your job prospects. Hosted by one of Arden’s fantastic Careers Consultants, who has a long-standing history of offering expert advice related to jobs and careers, the event will offer you the chance to speak to an expert before the Christmas break.

The Dark Web: A Scammer’s Paradise

Part 3/3 of our lunchtime taster lectures, and the last one of the year from the School of Criminology, this event will be exploring the internet and the growing criminal activity that has impacted millions of people in the last two decades.

This lecture will give you an insight into our postgraduate degree - MA Serious and Violent Crime. With its applied focus, you will gain the professional knowledge, skills, and attributes needed to lead in the sector. Covering areas such as reflective practice and leadership, the psychology of serious offending, and more, our niche modules will provide you with the unique opportunity to meticulously analyse serious and violent crime. Building Research Skills in Higher Education

This workshop is designed to help you explore what support is available to you as an Arden University student. Upskill at Arden: PG Cert Neurodiversity

Are you interested in improving your support of neurodivergent individuals? Are you looking to pursue roles in equity, diversity and inclusion? Arden’s Postgraduate Certificate focuses on the current issues in the education sector, workplace and criminal justice system.
The course utilises the real-world assessments that fit your individual needs and sets you up with the knowledge and skills to better understand and support neurodiversity and inclusive practice.
