We provide different types of official documents based on your award and the date it was issued. This includes:
Digital:
Official Degree Certificate (if applicable)
Official Academic Transcript (if applicable)
Printed:
First printed Degree Certificate (free of charge, postage charges may apply)
First printed Degree Certificate and Academic Transcript ordered together (£20, shared postage where applicable)
Official printed Academic Transcript (£20, postage charges may apply)
Replacement printed Degree Certificates (£50, postage charges will apply)
What to expect
Current Students
You’ll only receive your award documents after you complete your course.
If you need to verify your study but you haven’t completed your course yet, you can get a Confirmation of Enrolment letter through the Student Portal.
Newly-awarded Graduates
Once you complete your studies, you’ll get an email letting you know electronic documents are available, about 10 working days after results are confirmed at the progression and awards board.
This email will ask you to register through the digital certificate platform and verify your account.
Please do not try to do this before you have received an email inviting you to do so.
Alumni Students
Arden University is making award documents available digitally through our secure Digital Certificates platform.
As part of this transition, access for alumni is being introduced in phases. To ensure a smooth rollout, graduation years will be added to the platform gradually over the coming months.

Qualification Verification Service
We offer a service to verify Arden University Awards with employers and third-party organisations.

What you'll receive
Electronic versions
Around ten working days after your results are confirmed by the progression and awards board, you'll receive an email to register for our online verification portal, where you can securely access electronic versions of your documents and share them with employers and third parties.
Hard Copies
You will not automatically receive a hard copy of your official documents, you must log into your portal, verify your information and order your documents online.
You can do this, once you have received your email inviting you to log in.

Outstanding course fees
We’re unable to produce any award documentation until all debts are resolved.
