Education Agent Register

What is an Education Agent?

Arden University have a number of UK and international education agents who support recruitment to various higher education programmes. All our education agents undergo an approval process prior to being offered an official contract and receive remuneration for their marketing, advisory, and application support services.

You should not make any payments to the education agent for general advice and guidance on Arden University programmes or to submit an to the University. Nor should you make any payments to the education agent for tuition fees or deposits, which are only ever requested directly by the University.

Education agents cannot make offers of study on behalf of the University. Offer decisions can only be made directly by the University.

Why does the University work with Education Agents?

Education agents provide an important link within communities and countries to students interested in UK higher education programmes.  The free assistance offered by our education agents includes:

  • Up-to-date information about Arden University, range of programmes, study options and locations, and fees and scholarships.
  • Helping you understand the programme structure (academic calendar), demands (study commitment, assessments and attendance) and benefits (career goals) to ensure it is the right programme for you.
  • Guiding you on the entry requirements and application process.
  • Help submitting your application and liaising with the University on the progress of your application and any further requests.
  • Assisting you with your visa application where required.

Where education agents offer any additional services such as document translation, accommodation guidance, etc., then we recommend you clarify this with the education agent, including any charges you may directly incur.

Our education agents are trained to offer a high-quality recruitment service and work with prospective students from all backgrounds who are genuinely interested in higher education study.
