As an Arden graduate, you’ll be provided with a complimentary ticket to attend your graduation ceremony. You’ll also get the chance to purchase up to two additional guest tickets.

Guest tickets are £20 per person

Upon registration, if you have requested to bring guests, we will send you the link to pay for these within 4 weeks of registration.

Your registration will not be complete, until you have purchased your tickets.

There may be an opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets nearer to the ceremony date. If you require more than two guest tickets, please send your requests to and once registration is closed in May 2022, you will be contacted shortly after, if more tickets are available.

Your guest ticket entitles your guest to attend your graduation ceremony and a complimentary drink at the sparkling reception which will follow the ceremony.

All graduates will have allocated seating on the day. Guest seating is on a first come, first served basis.

Children can attend graduation; however, due to the length of the ceremony, we recommend that it may be unsuitable for children under 10 years of age. Children aged 2 and above will be required to have their own ticket. Any children must be seated with an appropriate adult, not the graduating student. There are no concessions for child tickets.

You do not have to specify who will be your guests, but the tickets are non-refundable.

We look forward to celebrating your success with your family and friends.

You will collect your tickets and any guest tickets purchased on your graduation day, during student registration.

Additional requirements

We ask that at the time of registration, any requirements for you or your guests with additional needs, e.g. wheelchair access, sight or sound facilities, are requested on the registration form. We will make every effort to meet your requirements, however, it may not always be possible for us to accommodate particular needs, especially without advanced notice.

We will seat your guests based on the requirements specified - this does not necessarily mean they will be seated on the front row. By completing registration, you and your guests are giving consent to the University passing relevant details of an individual’s special requirements to the venue to enable any appropriate adjustments to be made.
