As an Arden graduate, you’ll be provided with a complimentary ticket to attend your graduation ceremony. You’ll also get the chance to purchase up to four guest tickets.
Guest tickets are £20 per person which you need to purchase upon registration.
You will collect your guest tickets on the day, during registration.
There may be an opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets after registration closes. If you require more than four guest tickets, you can request these during registration and you will be notified shortly after the close of registration to see if your request has been approved.
Your guest ticket entitles your guest to attend your graduation ceremony and a complimentary drink at the sparkling reception which will follow the ceremony.
All graduates will have allocated seating on the day. Guest seating is on a first come, first served basis.
Children can attend graduation; however, due to the length of the ceremony, we recommend that it may be unsuitable for children under 10 years of age. All children must have their own ticket. Children under 12 years are free of charge, however they will be included in your ticket allocation.
You do not have to specify who your guests will be.
If you can no longer attend your ceremony, your gown, tickets and photography orders can be cancelled up until 7 days before the event.
Students and guests will need to keep hold of their tickets, as you will not gain access to the great hall without them, you will also need your ticket to exchange for a drink at the reception.
We look forward to celebrating your success with your family and friends.
Additional requirements
We ask that at the time of registration, any requirements for you or your guests with additional needs, e.g. wheelchair access, sight or sound facilities, are requested on the registration form. We will make every effort to meet your requirements, however, it may not always be possible for us to accommodate particular needs, especially without advanced notice.
We will seat your guests based on the requirements specified - this does not necessarily mean they will be seated on the front row. By completing registration, you and your guests are giving consent to the University passing relevant details of an individual’s special requirements to the venue to enable any appropriate adjustments to be made.
