Progression and awards board
The Universities progression and awards board assess whether students are eligible for an award and recommend to the academic board the conferment of such award, students are then awarded the appropriate classifications, if applicable.
To determine which class, you belong to please refer to the award date on your official transcript. If you haven’t yet received your official transcript, please refer to your classification confirmation email.

Student awards that were confirmed prior to August 2019 have been included in previous graduation ceremonies, therefore will not be eligible to attend any future celebrations.
Students who were invited to form part of the recognition of achievement celebration which was held on the 5th December 2020 will also be eligible to attend a traditional ceremony in the summer of 2022
To be eligible to attend the traditional graduation ceremony in the summer of 2022, your award needs to have been confirmed between 1st August 2019 and the 30th November 2020.

To be eligible to attend the graduation ceremonies below, your award needs to have been confirmed between 1 December 2020 and 31 August 2021. Students awarded after 31 August 2021 will be considered as the Class of 2022.
Students who attend the virtual graduation ceremony in November 2021 will also be eligible to attend a traditional ceremony in the summer of 2022. Dates and venue details TBC
