As you get ready to travel, use this checklist to make sure you have the key essentials in place before leaving for the UK. You don’t need to worry if everything isn’t completed far in advance. This is simply a final check to help you feel prepared.
Before you travel, make sure you have:
- A valid passport and visa
- Your CAS letter and Arden offer documents
- Proof of accommodation
- Travel tickets and airport transfer details
- A UK SIM card, or a plan to purchase one on arrival
- Enough money, or access to funds, to cover initial expenses
- Suitable clothing for the UK climate
- Digital copies of important documents
- Your laptop and any required adaptors packed
- Transport from the airport planned
- Arrangements in place to attend StartSmart orientation
