Choosing the right degree for you

A webinar aimed at helping you to make your choice about where and what to study at university.

Taking Place: Tuesday 12th January 2021

So you’ve decided that you want to go to university and study for a degree. Great! But what next? It’s time to choose what course you want to study and which university is the perfect place for you.

We know that there are many universities and degree subjects out there, and it can feel tricky knowing where to begin. In this webinar, we will cover:

  • how to find a degree subject that inspires and excites you
  • tips on how to research different universities and courses
  • what factors to consider when making your choices

You will receive some tips from our staff who have supported with or overseen university applications, and you’ll also get the opportunity to hear from a current student as to how they went about making their life changing decision to study at university. It’s not to be missed.

Toni Bennett

Toni Bennett – current student

I’m Toni, a 23 year old student from the South East of England currently completing a degree through distance learning; due to the demands of my everyday life, I felt this flexibility was the best option for me. Having had a consistent interest in individuals and the reasoning behind why we do such things, both moral and immoral, lead me to studying a Criminology and Psychology degree.
