Arden Academic Gail Steptoe-Warren

 

Dr Gail Steptoe-Warren is Head of School - Psychology and is an Occupational Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professions' Council.  Gail has a wealth of experience in the public, private, voluntary and charitable sector working with organisations to develop interventions to promote better working.  Gail has also worked within the Education Sector for over 15 years.


Arden Academic Sophie Ward

Sophie Ward is the Deputy Programme Team Leader for psychology at Arden University. She is responsible for the management and academic delivery of the MSc psychology course, and leads the final year dissertation module. She has previously taught psychology at Coventry University, including occupational and business psychology. She holds a BSc (hons) in Psychology, MSc in Occupational Psychology, and recently completed her PhD entitled, ‘Exploring the Sources of and Reactions to Work Frustration in the United Kingdom: Extending Previous Models using Mixed Methodology.’ She has been working in Higher Education for 7 years and is a qualified test user (ability and personality) and mental health first aider, passionate about employee well-being, individuals differences and the emergency services.
