Additional support available to Arden students
Financial Guidance from Blackbullion
All Arden students can register for a free Blackbullion account to build confidence with money and find financial support. You will get access to clear learning resources on money topics, a student-friendly budgeting app and the Funding Hub where you can search the UK's largest list of scholarships, bursaries and grants.
Blackbullion also includes a Financial Wellbeing Score to help you understand your habits and create a personalised plan. You can link accounts, set budgets and track spending in one place. Spectrum life
In addition to all other Arden University support services, Spectrum.Life, is a wellbeing and student support platform that we partner with so that students can get 24/7 Student Support providing immediate high-quality help and support from a team of qualified counsellors and psychotherapists.
The 24/7 Student Support is a confidential support service for university students that you can access directly any time of the day or night, 365 days a year for free. You can speak to someone immediately, confidentially and for free at any time, from anywhere in the world using the numbers below:

Mental Health and Neurodiversity Support Website
Looking for additional support, information or wellbeing resources? Arden's Mental Health and Neurodiversity Support website provides free access to evidence-informed resources designed to support students throughout their studies. Developed by the School of Psychology and funded through the Access and Participation Plan, the website is available to students, staff and the wider community.
The website includes:
- Mental health resources, practical guides and wellbeing tools.
- Neurodiversity information and support to help you better understand different ways of thinking and learning.
- Interactive resources, including a 3D brain tool where you can learn about the different brain regions.
- Webinars, videos and learning resources created by the School of Psychology.
- A Network Hub to support connection, shared learning and community.
New resources will continue to be added over time, with ongoing development focused on supporting the needs of different student groups.
