How it works
You can use our online verification portal to:
Access your certificate anytime
Your official certificate is available online, giving you access whenever you need it, wherever you are in the world.
Once your award has been confirmed by the progression and awards board, within 2 weeks you will receive an email inviting you to create an account on our offical digital certificate platform (please do not attempt to login before receiving this invitation). From there, you can view your award documentation and securely share your qualification with employers, professional bodies and education providers whenever you need to.
To register, you'll need to provide:
- your full name (as it appears on your passport)
- your date of birth
- your student number

Once your details have been verified, we'll send you a confirmation email. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or contact us awards@arden.ac.uk
Share your achievement securely
Send your certificate directly to employers, universities or professional organisations using secure sharing features designed to protect your information.

Order printed copies when you need them
Prefer a traditional certificate? You can request a printed certificate or official transcript through the digital portal at any time (fees may apply).
Please refer to the Arden University Printing Fees document for further information about the applicable charges.
The total time to process and deliver your documents is subject to local postal services and options chosen, we estimate as follows:
- UK addresses, you should receive your documents 4–6 weeks after your award date.
- Overseas addresses, you should receive your documents 6–10 weeks after your award date.
