We offer a service to verify Arden University Awards with employers and third-party organisations.
Employers, universities and other organisations can:
- register on our verification portal
- request a connection with a former student
- view verified documents once approved by the former student
To be able to do this, you will need:
- student name
- student number
- email address
Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the official documentation, which will take you directly to the Smart Verification Portal
Former students can invite a third party to connect with them through the portal.
To share a validated version of your documents electronically with a third party, such as an employer, you can create a secure connection on the portal. Here's how to do it:
- Once you can log in, click ‘Connections’
- Click ‘Add connection’ and fill in the form, including the third party's email address
- You can choose which documents to share and for how long
- You’ll know they've viewed a document when its status changes from ‘pending’ to ‘active’
- You can remove access at any time or wait for access to expire
