Registration opens one and a half hours before your ceremony time (for example 8.30am for a 10.00am ceremony). Please arrive promptly and make your way downstairs to the registration area where the Arden team will greet you and complete your registration. When you have collected your tickets, you can collect your gown from the same floor.
If you have guests that also need to collect their tickets, they can collect their tickets in the waiting area where hot and cold drinks can be purchased. When you have registered and collected your gown, you can join your guests before the ceremony doors open.
If you have pre-booked and paid for a professional photo session, please head to the studio when you have collected your gown. If you are planning to take photos with your guests, please meet them in the waiting area and then make your way to the studio together.
If you haven’t booked professional photography, do not worry. The team are on hand to help you take photos with your guests and the Alumni Reception has photo points throughout the room.
