Continuing a concerted effort to ensure our degrees offer students real-world relevance to advance their careers, and in recognition of our hard-work, Arden University can announce a number of its courses have recently received accreditation from professional bodies.
Business Management (Accounting & Finance) and Business Management (Accounting and Finance) with Foundation Year, have both received ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and CIMA (the Chartered Institute of Management accreditation) reflecting accreditation from two of the most renowned global professional bodies related to the subject.
Additionally, Arden’s BSc in Accounting & Finance (Major Mod) has received accreditations from the bureau van dijk (a major publisher of business information), ICAEW (The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), and the CFA Institute (Chartered Financial Analyst).
Meanwhile, the Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Education Practice has recently received Accreditation from AdvanceHE, a British charity and professional membership scheme promoting excellence in higher education.
“Growing the number of accreditations and accredited courses we offer is incredibly important to us,” said Professor Dilshad Sheikh, Dean of the Faculty of Business at Arden University. “Not only does it demonstrate the strength and relevance of our courses, but these new accreditation partnerships with institutions means we are able to offer students access to alternative resources, insight and guest speakers, and in some cases entire learning platforms to provide more for them.
“Increasing these kinds of partnerships also shows employers that Arden University students are demonstrably gaining the skills required by the employers and industries they are looking to enter, hopefully setting them up for genuine advancements in their career paths.”
