Celebrating the incredible transformation of our library team, resources, and services, Arden University has received a nomination at the prestigious Times Higher Education Awards 2023.
Often referred to as “The Oscars of Higher Education”, Arden has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Outstanding Library Team category – reflecting the hard work and dedication of our Library Services team.
Having launched in 2005, each year the THE awards attract hundreds of entries that exemplify the talent, commitment and innovation of individuals and teams across all aspects of university life.
Since appointing its first dedicated Library team in 2020, Arden’s Library Services has been built from the ground up around an inclusive strategy focused on removing barriers to education. The team has developed a sector-leading digital-first content offering that provides full access to 100% of reading materials, removing financial and physical barriers to learning.
Now, having been nominated in a highly competitive field, Arden faces competition from leading institutions from across the country.
This year's winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Thursday 7 December 2023, celebrating the very best in UK higher education.
