Working in a hospital requires certified skills, and after I had achieved everything I could in my previous position I knew that without a degree I wouldn’t be able to progress any further. This is one of the main reasons why I decided to study an online degree course at Arden.
It’s a great way to study if you’re looking for flexibility. It was challenging to balance a full-time job with my degree but once I was in a routine, it was much easier to manage everything. Online learning has actually helped me become very good with time management and given me the ability to prioritise tasks.
I like that the course encourages you to study independently, but you still have guidance and can ask the tutors questions whenever you need clarification.

The assignments were challenging -in a good way. They were relevant to what we learned and interesting to complete. Being able to contact my module tutor - either in the discussion forums or by email- was tremendously helpful. I feel that my concerns and questions were taken seriously, and the feedback was genuinely helpful.
