Dr. Dauda Hamzat

Dr Hamzat Dauda, FHEA, FCILT, MCIPS, FCMI, CMgr, Prince2 recently joined Arden University originally as a Principal Lecturer / Deputy Head of School, ripe with multi-UK universities teaching experience.  Prior to his academic career, he had 20-year post-university intercontinental working experience in the diverse fields of supply chain: procurement, international freight & logistics, aviation management , and project management in many blue-chip firms. Dr. Hamzat brings into the academic space, valuable industry network and rich industrial experience which afford him to enrich his teachings with abundant real-world perspectives and application. As a UK academic, Dr. Hamzat was a pioneer Course Leader for Aviation and Logistics Management at the Buckinghamshire New University, following earlier lecturing role at Leeds Beckett University. He is an external examiner / supervisor for undergraduate and post-graduate program in his field of expertise, for some UK universities

Dr. Emmanuel Unuafe

Ph.D., HND., FHEA, MSc, PgCTHE, MAPM, Emmanuel Holds Prince2 and SCRUM foundation Qualification. Teaches in a range of business and management related subjects, for undergraduates and postgraduates. His main specialty is Project Management however he also has much experience teaching other modules including Business Research Methods and International Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Emmanuel has previously led university corporate programmes with Wood Plc, Gartec Ltd, and Collins Aerospace. He has a particular interest in improving public sector project delivery, value and stakeholder engagement, project selection in Sub-Saharan Africa and implementation of best practices in developing and transitional countries. His PhD examined project selection practices and factors influencing the process for construction within the Nigerian public sector, conducting primary research with many government officials and departments.

Dr Amany Annaggar

Dr. Amany Annaggar, with a PhD in Science Education from Humboldt University, Berlin, has a notable career in e-learning and digital learning, holding a Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential. At Arden University, she serves as a Lecturer, and she is also a Co-founder at Sci2Play, demonstrating her expertise in curriculum development and teacher training. Recognized as an external expert and consultant, Dr. Annaggar's extensive research contributions in STEM education, game-based learning, and gamification are widely published. Her innovative educational strategies and project management skills significantly enhance her academic and professional roles.

Dr Magdalena Kalata

Dr Magdalena Kalata became a Lecturer in Supply Chain Management at Arden University in early 2023. Born in Poland, she launched her career with a BSc in Telecommunication engineering. Upon arriving in the UK in 2015, Magdalena worked as a Research Assistant at Coventry University, completing her MSc in Control Engineering and delving into Operational Research. Engaging in an EPSRC-funded project, she tackled real-world scheduling and planning challenges. Her research focused on developing and validating mathematical approaches to understand supply network dynamics. She earned her PhD, specialising in optimising scheduling and inventory decision-making within supply chains, with a focus on fuzzy logic and metaheuristics. Currently serving as the Programme Leader for Supply Chain Management BSc and MSc programmes, and as a Module Leader, Dr Kalata directs her research towards sustainable supply chains. Her scholarly pursuits concentrate on strategic and operational decision-making amid dynamic risks, using predictive and generative AI techniques.

Dr Oluwayemi Oladunjoye

Dr. Oluwayemi Oladunjoye joined Arden University in September 2023 as Lecturer in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Project Management, bringing a rich and diverse background to the academic sphere. With previous stints at Loughborough University and Kingston University in the Construction Management group, Yemi's professional journey spans architecture, project management, digital construction, and quantity surveying. His educational trajectory includes training as an architect and construction project manager in Nigeria and the UK, culminating in a PhD in Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) from Birmingham City University as a STEAM Scholar. Actively contributing to the academic community, he has participated in research groups and review committees such as Association of Researchers in Construction Management (ARCOM) and Sustainable Ecological Engineering Design for Society (SEEDS), showcasing a commitment to advancing knowledge and shaping the future of the built environment.

Mr Mohaamad Ghorbani Salanghouch

Mohammad Ghorbani is a highly accomplished professional in logistics and supply chain management, holding a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and a master’s in industrial engineering with a focus on logistics and supply chain management. With over 10 years of industry experience in auto manufacturing, oil and gas, and drilling sectors, Mohammad has honed his expertise in optimising logistics processes and enhancing supply chain efficiency. In 2018, he transitioned to academia, working as a researcher and lecturer at prestigious institutions including Kühne Logistics University, SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, and SRH Hamburg University. In May 2022, Mohammad joined Arden University as an associate lecturer. In August 2022, he officially became a full-time lecturer at Arden. Mohammad teaches a variety of modules such as Introduction to Supply Chain Management, Principles of Procurement, Managing Digital Supply Chains, and more. His fields of interest in teaching and research are maritime logistics, sustainability in supply chain via innovative solutions, and improving supply chain performance via collaboration.

Mr Amir Hajian

Amir has diverse industry experience and has worked in various roles in different sectors. He has worked as a Quality and Assurance Expert in the medical manufacturing industry, worked as a Project, Programme and Portfolio Controller in the energy sector and held the position of marketing and sales manager in the import and export. In terms of professional certifications, Amir is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by PMI as well as a mini-MBA from the Petroleum University of Technology. He is actively involved with professional institutes and communities, including the International Project Management Association, where he collaborates as a Project Excellence Assessor.
