Arden University’s curriculum for the MSc in Strategic HR Management has recently been aligned to The Society for Human Resource Management.
SHRM, the world’s largest HR association with 300,000 members, is well recognised in North America, Africa, US and Asia. The course already has CIPD accreditation that is the equivalent in UK and Europe.
Together, alignments to both the SHRM and CIPD provide students from across the world with reassurance that their course is recognised by key professional bodies in their regions. This supports their ambitions to become certified professionals and progress their careers, putting students on the pathway to professional certified status and membership to an internationally recognised professional body.
With course modules being mapped to the SHRM requirements for membership, learners will be eligible to apply for SHRM certification upon competition of their degree, an achievement that’s valued by employers worldwide.
Arden is one of the few universities in the UK with both CIPD accreditation and SHRM alignment.
