Arden University’s Students and Academic staff gathered in London this week to celebrate this year’s November Graduation Ceremony.
More than 400 graduates attended our in-person graduation ceremonies this week, receiving recognition for their incredible achievements.
Accompanied by families, friends, and loved ones, undergraduates and postgraduates were able to collect their degree certificates at one of two ceremonies taking place on Monday in the prestigious Methodist Central Hall in Westminster, London.
‘It is a great honour to be able to welcome students and their supporters to celebrate their success,’ said Carl Lygo, Arden University's Vice Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer.
‘Graduation day is the culmination of many hours, days, and years of hard work and determination and it takes a very special kind of person to overcome all the challenges and obstacles that accompany studying at the highest level.
‘I extend my congratulations to every student present in the hall on a day which demonstrates they have proved themselves worthy of the highest awards available in UK education.’
Arden University also celebrated two honorary graduates at the ceremonies. Multi-award-winning Polar Explorer, Mark Wood, and Deputy CEO at Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, Alethea Balbuena were both awarded honorary doctorates on the day, recognising their outstanding achievements in their respective fields.
Congratulations to all our graduates, we hope you enjoyed the day.
