Arden launching Student Satisfaction Survey

As part of its commitment to improving the student experience, Arden University is to launch a comprehensive Student Satisfaction Survey.

Open to eligible Arden students from Monday 6th Feb, this annual survey presents an opportunity to students to anonymously pass on feedback. The survey will cover several key areas of the university experience including teaching, assessment & feedback, organisation & management and academic support.

Findings will be reported to the Academic Enhancement Action Group at Arden University. This group includes senior decision makers and heads of schools will then use the results to drive change and improvements for students, as well as understanding what is already contributing to a great student experience.

A selection of prizes are available for those lending their voice to the survey. The first 30 students to complete will each receive a £40 Amazon E-voucher; and a further 30 random winners will also receive a £20 Amazon E-voucher.

Student feedback, including our 2022 National Student Survey results, has allowed us to make important changes and developments. Input from students has helped us grow in a number of key areas including launching our new career platform, Arden futures; encouraging us to establish our Student Association to enhance the student community; and a significant investment in our library resources and systems.

Student feedback is one of the most vital components of any developing university, and surveys (such as this one) are an incredible opportunity for students to leave their legacy and make their voice heard.
