Arden University is proud to have been shortlisted for the best Independent Higher Education provider category in the prestigious WhatUni Student Choice Awards 2020.

The WUSCAs are the annual celebration of the best universities in the UK – as voted for by the people that really matter- students!

Founded in 2007, Whatuni has grown to become the biggest and busiest university course comparison sites in the UK with over 6.1 million visits to its website each year to help find prospective students their perfect place at university.

The awards results were announced on Wednesday,July 8 in a live Twitter event and though Arden was pipped at the post by another worthy nominee we’re proud and delighted with the honour of being nominated!

The Independent Higher Education category highlights which private universities offer their students the best all-round experience and our students stepped up to sing Arden’s praises!

The annual awards are one way to help students find out what life at uni is really like, and to help them decide the WhatUni review collection team travelled over 46,000 miles, visiting over 140 institutions, to collect 41,300 reviews and ratings from real students about their university experience.

They calculated the results of those reviews, alongside the thousands more left by students to find out what university has been voted the best across a variety of categories, including Uni of the Year, Job Prospects, Facilities, Courses & Lecturers among others.

The annual Whatuni Student Choice Awards cover a broad range of categories that focus on the core aspects of the university experience.
