Dr Jennifer Irabor is the Head of Department for Business Pathways at Arden University. She completed her PhD in Psychology at the University of Birmingham, where her research focused on marginalised groups, mental health, and early intervention in psychosis. She collaborated with The King’s Trust, Birmingham Local Authority, and the Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research.
