Arden University is a signatory of the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative. Founded in 2007, the PRME initiative engages business and education providers to ensure graduates and future leaders develop the skills they’ll need to achieve economic development and business sustainability goals.

Melissa McLaughlin

Melissa McLaughlin is the programme lead for our BA (Hons) Healthcare Management and BA Top-Up programmes, she also supports the Foundation Year Healthcare Management students in their continuing studies with Arden University. Melissa is an experienced lecturer in health with a strong research focus on widening participation and a multidisciplinary background including health, mental health, science and education.

Robin Subi

Robin Subi is a very experienced lecturer with the capacity to teach across several disciplines and subject areas. Robin is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and is specialised in Health & Social Care Management, Business Management, Public Health Promotion, and also Zoology. He is currently undertaking a professional Doctorate in Education with research interest in ‘Digital Pedagogy and Adult Learners’.
