Nas joined Arden University in 2022 as a Lecturer in the School of Digital Education and in 2024 joined the School of Computing as a Lecturer at the Manchester Campus. Prior to this, Nas worked for 16 years in higher education institutions in roles such as Assistant Professor of Information Systems, Director of Information Systems, Instructional Technology Manager, and Director of Academic Planning.

Esther brings over two decades of diverse experience in human resources and education to her role. Prior to joining Arden University, Esther held key leadership roles in Human Resources and Learning & Development in both the public and private sectors, spanning healthcare, government, and management consultancy. Her global exposure includes serving as a management consultant for consultancy firms, where she worked with clients across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, shaping the future of leadership in multinational corporations.
