Dr Magdalena Kalata became a Lecturer in Supply Chain Management at Arden University in early 2023. Born in Poland, she launched her career with a BSc in Telecommunication engineering. Upon arriving in the UK in 2015, Magdalena worked as a Research Assistant at Coventry University, completing her MSc in Control Engineering and delving into Operational Research. Engaging in an EPSRC-funded project, she tackled real-world scheduling and planning challenges.
