Arden University has been named in a shortlist of three at the 2023 Healthcare Honours.
The awards, hosted in conjunction with the British Journal of Healthcare Management, have recognised Arden’s Senior Leader Apprenticeship with NHS Leadership Academy Rosalind Franklin award programme – with the nomination taking place in the Good Practice in Training category.
The Healthcare Honours Awards, and their thoughtfully crafted judging criteria designed to encompass a wide spectrum of clinical and administrative areas, have been designed to recognise outstanding achievements in healthcare management and leadership, as well as to celebrate hard work and commitment to advancing healthcare.
Arden’s shortlisted programme, its Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship plus NHS Leadership Academy Rosalind Franklin Award, caters for existing health and care professional who are looking to develop the skills required to excel in senior management roles across the sector.
Covering a range of topics, the programme has been designed to help individuals provide better care, improve patient, health, and service outcomes, and promote efficient practices. Helping learners gain all the skills needed to successfully lead large and complex programmes, departments, services, or systems of care.
The award ceremony will take place in Westminster at the Houses of Parliament on 23rd November 2023, where the winners will be named.
