Dr. Susie Phillips-Baker is a chartered Occupational and Coaching Psychologist with many years of applied experience, including a decade at the College of Policing, where she designed and delivered assessment and development processes. Susie has also conducted assessments for neurodivergent adults, provided training, and coached staff and managers at various organisations. She is passionate about diversity and has completed a PhD on the motherhood penalty.
