With a background in organisational development and professional education, Kay has worked across both the public and private sectors, with organisations of all sizes in a variety of Leadership and Advisory roles. Kay has experience in managing cultural change programmes, designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes, accrediting courses to professional awarding body standards, creating employee engagement and well-being programmes, improving corporate communication and designing and delivering effective coaching and mentoring programmes.

Dr Alison Watson

Dr. Alison Watson is the Head of School for Leadership and Management, she was also the Programme Team Leader for UG Business and Accounting programmes. Having taught at Arden for 15 years, she has supported many students on various management courses at all levels of study. Prior to this, Alison was an operations and project manager for a number of large retailers, and therefore has a wealth of experience in the field of business and management.

Rajeev Nath

Rajeev Nath is currently studying her Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Northampton and has research interested in digital strategy and innovation management research. As a part of her FE work, she galvanised curriculum innovation to make the courses current, and to provide employability and industry skills.  She champions micro-credentials and professional certification such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA, MOS, MCE and MTA alongside core curriculum.
