UK Online Learning Virtual Open Day - 7 October 2020

Once strongly associated with mature students, in recent years Online Learning has become an extremely popular learning method among all student age groups wanting to study in Higher Education. The ability to learn remotely gives students of any age the opportunity to continue their education where they may not otherwise get the chance. Whether you are a busy professional looking for the next step in your career or a school leaver wanting to start your career without sacrificing your education, online study may be the solution you need.

Taking Place: Wednesday 7th October 2020, 17:00 - 17:45 BST

An introduction to Sam Smith:

Arden University Student Recruitment Team Leader Sam Smith

I am the Distance Learning Student Recruitment Team Leader and have spent 17 Years with the university with the last 13 recruiting students. I lead a team of 8 recruitment advisors assisting UK based applicants from enquiry through to enrolment as an Arden student. Our teams focuses on ensuring that applicants find the right course for them, we support them through the application process helping them with all the requirements to secure an offer. We also help with different funding options. Our main goal is to ensure that we find the right fit for a prospective student and ensure that the process is as smooth as possible.

An introduction to John Taylor:

Arden University John Taylor

I am a Student Coordinator with Arden University. I left school with limited qualifications and realised later in life that by having your own personal motivation to better yourself is really possible.   Try to think that creativity is a skill to behold that anyone can acquire and that education is a way you can manifest your mind and improve your wellbeing so much.
