At Arden we want every student, no matter what their background or situation, to be able to enjoy their study and reach their goals. As you progress you will have a team of Support Staff to provide you with the guidance and help you might need to ensure this happens.
Arden’s Student Recruitment Team are the friendly people you will speak to when you first enquire about a course. They can answer all of your questions about Arden and the courses we have to offer. We have Specialist Recruitment Advisors at all of our study centres and our Head Office.
Whether you are enquiring about a Distance Learning course or a Blended Learning course, they can help you. They are on hand throughout your application process, from the moment of enquiry to the day you enrol.
We help people who are considering studying with us, whether they want to know more about who we are, or which courses they are eligible for or even how the UK Student Loans process works. The Academic Resource is an essential part of any university course. At Arden, we have a great team of over 80 expert tutors to guide you through your studies.
You will get to know them during your course, either through online live seminars and tutorials or through direct contact on email, or web chat. You can contact them when you are unsure about learning materials, ask them to offer further reading or give feedback on assignments.

Our Student Support team at Arden are friendly, approachable and proactive. You will be assigned a named Student Support Co-ordinator to support your course progress. They will be your key contact for all things like how to access study materials, how to submit your assignment, what happens when you need help and anything else you might need assistance with. The Academic Affairs Department provides essential administrative services and support to underpin your study with Arden. There are three teams within it – Admissions, Quality and Registry and Assessments.
Admissions are responsible for assessing and processing all applications to study with Arden.
The Quality team work with your tutors, your examiners and your student representatives to ensure that your learning experience is of the highest quality.
The Registry and Assessments team look after your student record, process all your assessment submissions, release results and organise certificates, transcripts and graduations.
We work mostly behind the scenes to support Arden’s students even when they are not aware of it, making sure that information is clear and accurate, assessments are processed smoothly, standards are maintained and student feedback is taken into account. We also support Arden’s University status by ensuring compliance with Government reporting and quality assurance requirements and maintaining our accreditations with UK professional bodies.
