An introduction to Stacey Hayes-Allen:
Stacey is an experienced business developer, relationship manager and consultant. Driven by a passion for talent attraction, engagement and development, she has over 10 years’ experience collaborating and partnering with HR functions across FTSE250 and smaller SMEs on their people strategies. Today, Stacey leads on employer relations at Arden University - ensuring that all of our ‘real world’ learning meets the workplace needs of employers in an ever evolving employability landscape.
An introduction to Tim Robson:
Tim Robson is the Programme Team Leader for Degree Apprenticeships and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Tim teaches primarily on Business and Management related programmes and has a background in senior management in Further Education where he developed and managed a large Higher Education provision, Apprenticeships, Commercial activity and Strategic Partnerships. Tim has also managed a range of HEFCE Catalyst and European wide Leonardo Transfer of Innovation projects, developed and implemented Access Agreements, achieved a Silver classification in the 2017-18 TEF awards and led on the development of Higher Apprenticeships as part of a LEP project in Greater Manchester.
