Join our new study centre in Birmingham
Launched in 2021, our state-of-the-art study centre in Birmingham is right in the heart of the city.
Located at Lock 14, our study centre is the second of its kind in Birmingham, opened in response to an increasing demand for flexible higher education learning by UK students. Situated on Summer Row, adjacent to the city’s new multi-million pound Paradise development, the centre offers a modern study experience in the heart of the city, with top of the range teaching facilities and study spaces for the university’s students.
Spread over 20,000 square feet, it’s one of Arden’s biggest spaces yet, providing an innovative setting for students to soak up the advantages of both in-person and online flexible learning.
After a freshly completed renovation, Birmingham New Street station has been transformed into a modern leisure hub, housing a score of shops, cafes, restaurants, and more.
There, you’ll also find the Bullring, one of the most bustling shopping and dining districts in the world. The Bullring is full to the brim with well-known department stores, high-street fashion, household names, and plenty of interesting places to grab a bite to eat.
Just on the other side of the Bullring, you can enjoy a stroll along one of the city’s many canals. Surprisingly, Birmingham is home to even more waterways than Venice!
Just short walk away from the study centre you’ll find Birmingham New Street railway station, which provides easy access to both local and surrounding areas, including:
- Wolverhampton: 20 mins
- Coventry: 23 mins
- Leicester: 55 mins
- London: 1.5 hours
- Bristol: 1.5 hours
As the UK’s second largest city, Birmingham has great public transport links and an extensive metro and bus system.
